Modern & Rustic
At this upscale modern space multi-dwelling residential building, we created a entanglement between traditional and modern building techniques. This was originally a 3-story masonry factory building, which we have rehabilitated into a 134 unit residential condominium. Without disturbing the past, we created an extension that strays away from what was and into the present to what is now. In cooperation and careful planning between several city and state agencies, we manage secure variances and approval for the building, boardwalk, and marina.

In the heart of Manhattan, from a vacant commercial space into unique and authentic Thai restaurant. This 3-floor dining space was designed to create an environment that is city-inspired, but uniquely expressed.
